I'm a Co-Active Coach. What does it means?
Co-Active Coaching* is a fantastic model of coaching in which you as client and I as your coach are active collaborators. This builds an alliance between two equals for the purpose of meeting your needs.
*Co-Active Coaching is a powerful alliance designed to forward and enhance the lifelong process
of human learning, effectiveness and fulfillment. I believe you to be naturally creative, resourceful and whole. There
are three fundamental principles to Co-Active Coaching - three essential attributes of a client's whole life:
Fulfillment, Balance and Process.
Favorite habit: Randomly scheduling 10 "Samy" day in my calendar where I can do anything I want for that day. From
staying in bed all day long to taking a drive whenever the car points me to... a day simply for me without accountability of time
and commitment to anyone or to anything.
You are moving toward more fulfillment, more balance and more effective process in your life, or you are moving away. The ultimate intention of Co-Active Coaching is to help you maximize your life in these three areas. One of the things that make Co-Active Coaching unique is that it is principle-based, not just content or issue-based.
